What forms of payment are accepted by Dawn's Hardcore Training?

Via our secure shopping cart I accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express cards. Cash and checks will be accepted as payment for individual enrollment in Dawn’s Hardcore Training or the purchase of any other Dawn’s Hardcore Training products or services. Group enrollment payments may also be made by cash or check, and must be made prior to the scheduling of any group training sessions.

Where does Dawn conduct her personal training sessions?

All personal training sessions are conducted in South Miami, FL. (zip code 33143), in the United States of America. Specifically, all workout sessions are conducted in my private gym, or at a local area gym (i.e. Body & Soul, Stratiform Fitness, Elite Athletes Performance, etc.). If you would like, I am available to take the workouts to you but there will be an additional expense for travel time & distance which we can discuss.

When should I arrive for my workout sessions?

You should arrive for your workout sessions 5 mins. prior to our agreed upon time, and already dressed to sweat. Please arrive earlier than that if you require additional time to change from your work clothes.

What should I wear for my workouts?

You are required to come dressed and prepared to your workout sessions. This means when you show up for your workouts, you are wearing workout attire and tennis shoes/ sneakers, workout shorts, leggings, or Yoga pants, sports bras (for the ladies), and a comfortable t-shirt, tank top, or athletic shirt. Denim attire is not allowed, as it restricts your range of motion.

What should I bring with me to my workout sessions?

It is recommended you bring with you a water bottle, towel, and A LOT of energy to burn! Some clients also bring workout gloves to protect their hands.
