As with any type of exercise program, it is important to keep in mind that it must be tailored to the individual’s fitness level and capabilities. A person who is just starting out or not too familiar with exercising, would benefit from hiring a personal trainer to guide him/ her in proper exercise form and provide some added motivation.
Whether you have an existing gym membership, no gym membership, prefer to train at home, or would like to come and use my training facilities- I have a variety of training packages to offer and one of them is sure to suit your needs. As a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) and Certified Personal Trainer with over 20 years of experience I am capable of building the proper training program designed specifically for your needs and goals. I can ensure that you will be trained safely and will learn proper movement and body mechanics with each exercise that you perform while training with me.
While training with me, you will use a variety of different training tools and equipment that I am certified and proficient in using to help you achieve the body you desire. As we progress with your specific program you will be introduced to the BOSU balance trainer, TRX Suspension band training, resistance bands, free weights and strength training machines, medicine and stability balls, battle ropes, kettle bells and foam rollers for myofascial release.
