Congrats on your engagement? She (or you) said yes, and you are officially on the road to “I Do.” Planning a wedding can be stressful on a relationship, and working out with a personal trainer can be a huge stress reliever. Why not do it together?

The average engagement period for couples in 2010 was estimated at 14 months, but don’t wait until a few weeks for your wedding to call me and hope for a miracle. The longer out from your big day you get in touch with me, the more aggressive fitness goals we’ll be able to set for you as a couple.

Working out together has some amazing benefits:

– You will both look amazing on the big day,
– By aligning your interests, you’ll motivate and push each other to give our workouts 100% effort,
– Setting a shared goal and achieving it just before the big day can be an incredibly satisfying way to launch a marriage,
– You’ll have a greater amount of energy in the tank in order to execute your big wedding plans, and
– Besides looking and feeling better, I will teach you eating and lifestyle habits that you can incorporate into your new life together to maintain your new fit bodies and minds.

For newly engaged couples, I offer a variety of workout routines of varying duration that incorporate exercises that are performed together. Each workout lasts about an hour, and can be performed either at a gym facility or at a local park. I have three packages available:

– An intense one-month “Fit N Hot” package of either 1, 2, or 3 workouts per week,
– A three-month “Tight-n-Toned” package of either 1, 2, or 3 workouts per week, and
– A six-month “Chisel-n-Sizzle package of either 1, 2, or 3 workouts per week.
