Cancellation policy

I understand that sometimes “life happens” and you have to cancel an appointment. As my client I hope that you understand that my schedule is very tight, extremely time sensitive and as they say, “time is money.” I need you to understand as my client that in the personal training business a cancelled session or “no show” translates into lost revenue.  Not only have I spent time in advance preparing your unique workout for the day, but have reserved that time slot for you….not to mention somebody else was likely turned away due to lack of availability.  Given advance notice I could have filled the hour with another client.  In the personal training business, common courtesy is golden between the trainer and client. I feel that I have a very fair cancellation policy that allows the client to give proper notice and not be penalized for the cancellation.

Please read the following cancellation and rescheduling policy carefully:

1. Clients must cancel out of a class or training session with at least 24 hours’ notice.
2. If you cancel within the 24-hour time period of the start time of your class/ training session, you will be charged for that class/ session.
3. Each client will have one free “no show” per package purchased, meaning they can “late cancel” once per package and not be penalized.
4. All cancellations whether a class or personal training must be done by contacting the trainer directly.
5. Rescheduling for any personal training sessions must be initiated at least 7 business days in advance from the scheduled session day. If availability during that week is not convenient for both trainer and client, the client will have the opportunity to join one of my Booty Camp classes as their make up session at no charge.

Refund Policy:

Once a commitment and/or payment for purchase of a package or service from Dawn’s Hardcore Training, LLC is made there will be no refunds allowed.

Make Progress… Not Excuses.

If you purchase a group fitness class or personal training and cannot finish the sessions due to health issues, you are eligible for a refund for unused sessions minus a $10 processing fee. You must provide documentation from your physician (on file) in order to receive this refund. This refund is based upon verification from your physician.
