Private personal trainer Miami
Personal training workout sessions are 45-60 minute long custom-designed exercise sessions combining cardio, strength, and calisthenics in order to help you reach your fitness and overall health goals as quickly and safely as possible. Typically, clients hire me either by the month, or by buying a package of months to train them. The more months you pre-pay for my training services, the more you save.
All personal training sessions are conducted in South Miami in my private gym, or at a local area gym (i.e. Body & Soul, Stratiform Fitness, Elite Athletes Performance, etc.). If you would like, I am available to take the workouts to you but there will be an additional expense for travel time & distance which we can discuss. You do not need to purchase or provide any equipment to begin your personal training sessions with me.
